There are tons on bitcoins ATM in the world, and many different brands... anyone can open it but in my opinion it doesn't worth it.. because, what's your earning from it? You need millions of people using it everyday if you want to make a lot of money and repay the investment..
Al depends from the place you will put it in and your marketing activity.
