cards are not issued by minexpay or chain2pay. They are not the card issuer. The bank is.
so yeah the cards will from a bank. Where else you expect it to come from? Disneyland?
Ofcourse the receipt will say that. And you do know that is just static text displayed on each receipt when paid with a card.

These are pilot cards as you can clearly see from thr minexpay interface. Pilot is done first before the cards are issued to the masses.
