it is happening? really wonderful. does it mean if mainnet is launched already or we have to wait until genesis block

The first phase of token migration, i.e. the current one is pre-Mainnet and all the tokens migrated during that phase will be included in the Genesis block
This phase 0 as we call it will continue until November 25th, 2018.
