I found something that made me interested in creating an account at Amsterdex. I found the word below:

  "No ID verification
We honor your privacy. The only thing we need is email address for communication. All sensitive data is encrypted and will never be shared with others. "

So, when I make an Exchange Amsterdex account I don't need to use a Driver Licenses, Passport or ID Card?
