Where can i find a list of middlecoin servers? They're not reported on the official homepage

These are the current servers:
uswest.middlecoin.com (Oregon) - Same as middlecoin.com currently.
useast.middlecoin.com (N. Virginia) - BETA
eu.middlecoin.com (Ireland) - BETA
asia.middlecoin.com (Singapore) - BETA
(all use port 3333)
