Most of the english chats can be devided into three major groups:
1. Project Chats
2. Chats that throw sh*t on projects plate
3. General promotion chats.

The last group that is not part of those three are private chats within communities that are analyzing project for a year/1.5 years. If you are not part of them than I guess there is almost no way getting there right now.
