The tokens will be unlocked AFTER Dec 1st but the vesting contract will be initiated on Dec 1st.

So the 1 year period starts on December 1st as well. It will be interesting to see how people react to the the vesting mechanism.

How do you think will they react? Vesting is vesting, they cant do anything.  Smiley
