I think he has tricked many people after making alliances with Calvin Ayre. In what's just a ridiculous billionaire ego-trip, they are now going around attacking proof of work chains. He is flaunting on social media when he is most likely just a regular millionaire being sponsored by Ayre to play the role of a very powerful man.

The bottomline is, this is exactly how very rich people go very bankrupt. Calvin Ayre lucked out into billionaire status (allegedly) and pissing off the wrong people in Bitcoin will bring them back to food stamps if not buried. BTC whales will not sit back and watch these two cause havoc on their wealth.
