While I consider the feedback section on bitcointalk basically as a comedy show that makes me laugh, I have now posted the above mentioned questions to see how the mentally ill nonsense shit without any connection to the reality possibly influences the bitcointalk community to not use our service.

1) Neither I nor the real world consider blatant lies and nonsense statements as negative trust! 
On bitcointalk you surely have killed someone or raped a teeny, only because someone posted it in your feedback section!
If a bitcointalk member is misleaded by mentally ill nonsense shit without any connection to the reality to not play with consumer protection service or to not enforce his claims through Game Protect, then it is his problem / disadvantage and not mine.
2) I personally do not consider the mentally il nonsense shit posted about Game Protect as punishing and we are fully on the road to success.
