I noticed this trend, too. However I'm still hoping we can get red trust on the scammers. I reported also some of them, the proof was very clear, but still no tag yet. In addition I informed the bounty manager, but they did nothing! The scammer got stakes for all of his 13 accounts he enrolled in the signature campaign Roll Eyes
