you should have renamed it as [Pre-ANN] because everything is not done yet and your GitHub is also empty.

that means when the network launch, we are starting it from block 0 right ? a thousand of projects were claiming premine : 0% but the block started at 1 or even more than that.

Agree and it should be corrected as soon as possible. A normal project cannot work without github repository.
