Most governments are corrupt. I'd say the US and UK are far more corrupt than most devolving countries, and they're usually puppet regimes supported by them anyway.

All the country in the world are corrupted because of the principle of election.
Good men don't want to be elected. It mean that only the worst scum of this world end up elected president.

There was only one democracy in human history. It happened around 550 BC in Athens.
