It's definitely a good time. You can buy 3x more btc than the last year. Btc price will recover, the only question is time. But if you "ok" to wait, then now is the time to put some of your shares (maybe not significant, as we're probably somewhere in the mid of the bear market) in btc. I would name 20% of what you're going to spend on btc. Not financial advice, though.
