At night, usually after 6 pm when all the NBA games start. In the weekends Saturdays are for College Football and Sundays for the NFL games all day.
All night? Really? When do you sleep man? You'll sleep when you're dead I guess.
To be specific, I gamble only at home during my free time. To not compromise my daily routine, I do it during my vacant hours and not during working hours.
This is what I do as well. It's the most healthy way to gamble.
At least when I lose money I can't say that I have lost time and sleep at the same time.
