I have coded a script that :

1) auto get you new number and register it to telegram with sms verification
2) auto join group to scrap and group you wil add people to
3) start scrapping only active people
4) adding 50 people
5) auto get new number
6) redo all these steps

with this method you can get as much people as you like in your group
