I'm using
http://dgb.luckyminers.com and tried to cash out, after i clicked the button i realized i hadn't put my payment address in the box. When i entered it and then went to cash out again it says "You already have one active manual payout request" will the pool owner be able to fix this?
We had this happening yesterday. I've just got home and auto payments stopped about 11 am GMT and manual payments are not working

I can see them building up on my dashboard, so not too concerned... its kind of nice to see a large chunk of coins turn up when the bottlenecks clear...!
