How does it work?
Participants choose a character like a normal raffle and post that along with their TXID in this thread.  Once all characters have been paid for, a future block will be chosen to determine the final contestant by the last character in the block's hash.  The final contestant will then choose 8 more characters and a future block will be selected.  If one of the final contestant's 8 characters is the last character in the block's hash, they win 6x Silver Litecoin Binary Rounds (2x of each listed above).  If a character they did not select is the last hash of the block, no prize is given out.
