Some suspicious facts about Humancoin

1) It holds back 330,000 USD. Why?
Humancoin will refund 95% of its raised funds... let's calculate 6.600.000 mln * 5% equals 330,000 USD.. Interesting.. Humancoin only refunds contributors with a sum of investment (eth 20+) that could be legally enforced (at least theoretically). Surely nobody will sue the Humancoin CEO (Giles Gailer) for 200 usd. This is supposedly clever. But Giles Gailer, you are hopefully aware that this is criminal.
I understood they will refund 100% as in below information:

You can add in your list all their lies during the ICO:
- Pretending some private deals
- Pretending some negotiations with Skyteam (!)
So thanks to these private deals 6M USD was reached at the deadline, what a coincidence

The fact is there are NO accusations here to answer. There are a few artificial bounty-hunters talking slander about the project. And they even dont conceal why they are doing it. They explained why - they want to force the project to pay them. They dont understand it is useless as we are not going to continue the blockchain project and we will fully restructure it as clearly explained in the announcement. All other details - the reasons, the refunding process etc are described there. Here we will only announce news of the ongoing refunding process. Thank you for your understanding.
