1. Win TIPS for certain achievements.
2. Spend TIPS to unlock things.
3. Deposit TIPS from your wallet to the game - for purchases and things - so you can spend more then the TIPS you earn in the game.
4. Withdraw TIPS - TIPS received in the game can be used in real life.
