I don't see any sign of bull run this year probably in 2019 but this year is not a good year for digital currency probably they are alternate bullrun last 2017 then red market this year and bull run again in 2019 so that's my crazy prediction there . 
Even last year the market have no definite sign that the price will crazily surge up to 20k that point of time I can't even expect for it to rise that much last December, tbh I got no hopes for 20k this year but at least there's a chance that it will go up to 10k at some point of time this year, the same thing with the altcoins, bull runs may happen any day any time this coming month just like the crash last time to bitcoin.Yes, it is true that the market give no sin of bull run to 20K but what happen last year was that BTC has already done 6X this time last year and the sentiment was good which was latter triggered by multiple forks we heard last year. I will be happy if new money enter the space but the sentiment now is not good which more of a concern
