This post gives indications about how the Republia scam and Minexpay/Miexsystem/Minexcoin scam started
Yeah the REPUBLIA and minex Scammers pretty much followed this strategy. It's a shame they are located in a scam friendly county like the Ukraine. They belong in prison!
