To be honest i dont think that reaching hard cap should be ultimate goal.Most important one is reached,and whatever happens after that is extra.Of course hard cap is not a bad thing Cheesy

True,soft cap is most important milestone,but why not reach for hardcap,as in that case many things would be implemented faster,you culd do stronger marketing, bolster the team..
