How are you buddy ? Sleep well ............you seem to be getting nastier this morning . You've got to learn to look after yourself .......otherwise  they will lock you up again........

The yellow pills are the happy pills and the cranky pills are the green ones .......must be  hard thou , being colour blind in all .

Actually if you can learn to bring it down a notch , maybe try to smile a bit , you will live longer

Its a proven medical fact that the more cranky, angry and hateful a person is  , the more chance a person will suffer mental instability , you open yourself up your self to things like    Bi-pola and dementure . Even things like heart disease and cancer become more prevelent in hateful people .

Its just not good for you buddy ..............  Theres got to be a balance .

Again I will offer you a chance for a Truce .......back off the hate , stop this continous unjust smearing of people and I will do the same . I am delibritley focusing my attention on you in a very bias way ......it doesnt feel very good when someone is sticking it back at you without a just cause ..........Bullys never like it when they get smacked back ........

So may God bless and open your eyes , resist the hate impulses and the yellow ones are your friend .
