i think there is still hope in ICOs but not all of them you should use the right one, the only ICO is doing well in this market is bitmax almost x3, i think there is still room to grow because of their module sharing 80% of revenue to token holders compared to binance that take all profit thats huge. all u need to do is joining the right project.
