Built to be a clone of Haven without the governance fees that Haven implemented into their coin AFTER it had already launched, Free Haven promises to implement every
feature Haven publishes. A major difference between XFH and XHV is open transparency (witness the coins birth in the archived messages on the open Discord server).
Our Goals and MissionThis is a coin built by the community for the community, so there is no central authority. However just because we are going to implement whatever feature Haven does,
that doesnt mean we are going to do it the exact same way, as we will be adding our own improvements so our coin can perform better and be safer.
Technical SpecificationsThe blockchain design of FreeHaven was built specifically to be a stable blockchain free from the problems most shitcoins of today are plagued with. By implementing a custom
algorithm with a unique 15 second block time, FreeHavens network has hardened its defenses against outside attacks. This new algorithm is called CN‐Superfast. In more
technical terms, CN‐Superfast is basically CN Haven with one quarter the iteration and a 2MB scratchpad.
A custom algorithm was chosen to help secure the network against various attacks that can occur due to rental hash power. However this is not the only way to secure the
network for the average miner. Most coins use algorithms purposely made complex so that secret optimizations can be placed in the hands of a few for them to reap the benefits
on the backs of the honest miner. At some point in the near future we will be implementing an algorithm based on the Cuckoo Cycle such as Cuckaroo29 or similar to eliminate the
uneven playing fields setup by coin developers all over.
There is no official website or pool. There is no official block explorer. There is no official online wallet. All of these things are available for the community to construct, setup and run.
You may feel free to charge a fee for your services to the network as we will let the market forces and consensus decide what prospers and what fails. There will be bounties for
future tasks and development that need to be completed for the coin.
