in other words, the entire pool (2 000 000 JRT ≈ 200 000$) will be not divided with participants accordingly stakes earned?
Pool will depend on the number of total stakes (with all participants), I doubt that 2m stakes will be done to end of the company. maximum 5-10k
I want to know the pool is it a constant and unchanged value or not ?

Second - no, the pool doesn't change. The pool remains the same and our condition is that we want 1 stake to never be worth less than 1 JRT.
