Could be, but there is some good news like Switzerland approving the first Bitcoin-Cryptocurrency ETF with a ticker. But we will see soon. I'm afraid of ETH 
I don't usually believe with those articles that are using tickers for attraction.Is that news website you have read is reliable? think of it. AFAIK, it's ETP not ETF.
