I think there are some minimum requirements, like being on at least two exchanges and having a daily volume of 100k worth of trading. It may have changed recently but that is what it was a few months back. We'll get closer over time Smiley

2 exchanges are still needed, but 100k cap got removed. But they still require decent volume on both exchanges.

Ah ok. Yea I wonder why they removed the 100k requirement. Perhaps to discourage wash trading.

Plus some coins on cmc don't have 100k trading volume anymore. They may have at one point but now get very little volume, so that could be why it isn't a good measure of how active a project is.

It is not the best way to determine the quality of a cryptocurrency, but to visualize the main features such as volume, market, Exchange, among others, it is practically the web that all of us in this world use to search for this information in any moment, so it would be a good move to introduce ourselves at CMC.
