is education and employment of these disable people are included in the said assistance of IDAC project? do they have to submit any papers for them to be part and be included in this project? what are those?

yes, absolutely! because we all know that education is a very important to our life that nobody can get it from us! and by including this to the assistance IDAC will be giving to the disabled people is also a preparation to let them be employed and have a better future and can able to live a better life!
indeed! that's why this is the number 1 IDAC project should include in the assistance they're going to give to the disabled group of people. because we all know that this is the most important a person should have in his/her life.
