Ethereum can see 60 dollar just in one condition; bitcoin must be 3k dollar otherwise ethereum can't be 60 dollar according to me. Peoples are forget that ethereum has Vitalik and hardworking team, they will achieve great successes and when market return to normal we will see real ethereum again.
