Why did the announcement happen in September 2017 but the project just got listed in recently?

We started with a draft token prototype and concluded into the HELP token as it is today. There is a lot of hard work behind the scenes and we are glad to welcome new users into our community for the exciting times to come.
And whom does it fund?
Individuals like you and me, and NGOs (Non-governmental organizations)
