I prefer trading because traders always have a opportinty to earning money .During holding you can not do anything with your investments but trading is very excited and you can earn good amount of money while your trading sessions. I dont like holding tokens especially in bear market. You can see even eth dumped to 140 dollar or more. How we can hold some tokens with that market. Holding is good during bull market.
