You have to hold your coins in right time and you have to sell your coins in right time or you can buy some btc and come to crypto again in 5 years. If you dont want to do something like that you shouldnt sell your tokens immediately or you shouldnt hold your coins for 5 years. You have to do some good movements in right time. For example now i believe buying these cheap coins and holding is the biggest opportunity in that market.
