As I understand some major players in marketing like Facebook, Twitter (even google if im not wrong?) etc haven't really allowed any blockchain related campaigns go through since January. How are new projects surviving now and reaching out to people who could possibly interested in what they have to offer?
They post ad's in place that actually people care about "blockchain related projects"? For example buying ads on this forum or reddit bitcoin subredits or as someone said making videos on youtube.
If someone advertising very specific and technical project on most general social websites its most likely scam. Simple as that.
