as if it is in the second place and nearer to the bitcoin then compare to other coins,
maybe in future it may beat bitcoin
Huh? No. One coin will never replace another. Coins may disappear, coins may appear, but all coins take their own places. And nobody replaces Bitcoin, even if it's a top altcoin.
Ethereum seeks to replace the position of the Bitcoin. This is demonstrated by the large number of the Ethereum development done to get at much more expensive again to exceed the price of the Bitcoin itself. so the Bitcoin compete with Ethereum and vice versa.

If etherium do really compete with bitcoin , then why etherium's  value is still small and most of the times not moving ?  All cryptos are not competing to each other because all of them are equally built .  the only difference is their name and price but all of their usage are the same , we can use them all for buying and as well as for investing/trading .

The only one that is in competition are ico's because ico's is a kind of business on which they need to attract a lot of costumers or investors so that their project can have a suffcient budget for development .
I see the development of the weakened Ethereum this makes the price of the Ethereum so down. This makes the Ethereum unable to fight with Bitcoin and keep on condition of recovery. so I am not sure with the rivalry between the Bitcoin with Ethereum.
