More and more people are using chat-bots - after all, getting a response from support immediately, and not a few hours later, is sometimes critically important.
In my opinion, it's much more effective to solve a question with a person, since the chat-bot does not know the all answer on your question.
But, if we talk about quantitative indicators - people do not call very often. The reason is that users solve simple typical problems online - because during the working day they dont have time to call, but write a message - another thing.
And also bots have a lot of integrations with different applications and client can choose the way, that he wants to communicate with support.
