Usually scam projects do like you tell. Their main idea is to raise money which they just take.. this project seems reliable for me
It is difficult to judge whether the project is fraudulent or not ... but I also do not see anything that would tell me that RAISEX is some kind of scam. In my usual project.
I agree to all 100%. Absolutely normal plans for developers and especially at the initial stages to say that the project is a scam is very problematic.
