I'm looking for someone to help and guide me through the creation of my own Bitcoin mining pool.  Something simple that works, preferably a Windows-based server and mining pool.  Ubuntu/Linux is okay though.  I have tried creating it on my own trying NOMP, UNOMP, and Z-NOMP mining pools, but always end up at the same error when attempting to run the server.  So I'd like to pay for someone's help and guidance through the process.  I'd prefer to conduct the job through a video conference, so that you can help and guide me through each step to ensure everything is done correctly.  And if there's any errors or issues to help me solve them.  For right now, I just want to create a Bitcoin mining pool, but would like to eventually add in a couple of more coins.  If someone would like to please help me with this project I'd greatly appreciate it.  Please PM me with your pricing in BTC or the coin of your choice to help me setup the Bitcoin mining pool, and to discuss any details.
