When the market is unstable, Bitcoin and the Altcoins go down.So i agree we should sell faster to reduce losses.Because the tokens in ICOS campaigns which they are very risky to sell the idea.
if what you have is a new coin or coin that is still in doubt then I think your decision is correct, but if the coin you have is a coin like Bitcoin or Riplle then I think it's better to hold it longer because I believe coins like Bitcoin will definitely return go up.
