Yes, eveyone should register on website and pass KYC after bounty end for receiving tokens.

There is enough time to pass the KYC, Tokenrelease is on March 1st with Hitbtc and Latoken confirmed. Distribution happens at the end of the Bounty where everyone can start doing the KYC, which is normally passed in 1 day  Smiley
