Surely no. 10 dollar is very very low point for ethereum. Yes eth dumped from 1500 dollar. But that is nearly -10x. While eth dumping - 10x btc dumped -5x from ath price which is 20k dollar.
So it seems normal for me. Why people start afraid about eth that much. Look prices and marketcaps. Everything is easy to understand actually.
