I think you have missed the title, or you didn't read the OP. The word "free" was mentioned in both title and in OP.Concerning the escrow part that's the same, I'll be glad to help members for small transactions, not professional sellers. Or at least not for free 
You're completely right and I edited the post adding the fee for professional services.
I didn't put it first because it was not the main point of my post.
