Hey man can you add ubqminer 0.17.0-alpha.1

ubiq forked an neither CM,ethminer, bminer or phoenixminer works now.

ethminer 0.17.0-alpha.1  doesn't work .

I got the ubqminer working with the upload tool under ethminer

my settings if it helps

I put that in the command line then i let awesome do the rest .
