The price is really low, however not to be necessary to forget, as the probability not to get the profit is available too as it is unclear how much will cost the coin at the exchange will cost.

The currency upon exiting the exchanges will have an approximate value of 0.004 BTC for each SPCC. We will try to keep the prices stable by controlling the demand until our SpecialCoin.edu platform is working and can create the demand that our currency needs.

You have the point, but I think it is impossible to have a stable price because there are parts which they need to base on. One of those are the number of investors and the market price. It really affects on the token price that is why the team should do everything just to satisty the people to maintain their investment and support.
