I'm confused why you expect anything different during a two week national holiday in China?
What are the dates of that holiday? Some say it starts on 31st Jan, others say it started already?
Yeah, you have to account for the few days for the shippers to get stuff moved, so I think most places were taking last Friday as the last shipping day. I don't think things get back in to action again until 10th Feb.
