I'm in EU and amsterdam is my lowest ping at 40ms which helps a lot with rejects. It's not like worth it or not... The best thing to do is test them all and then decide. After all it takes 1 minute to ping all servers 
With such big pings you will get rejects. Just make sure you test asia more often and switch back when you see it online

I've set it up as failover to the main server, Fingers crossed Asia stays up and works well.
Would you mind telling me, And also anyone else for that matter, What your efficiency is in CGWatcher ? I cant get mine above 31% no matter what I do.
