Gentlemen, Im venture capitalist by myself, let me make the things clear, I wrote the general rule that it is enough to run VC company with some diversification if you raise at least USD 3 - 5 M thats my opinion. I was guesing the minimal amount for each VC not directly FABA.

Indeed we collected USD 2,5 M, but we have additional 20 % in commitments from private sale investors. We already launched FABA and invested in several companies which you can review on https://vc.fabainvest.com/ therefore we reached the softcap and we will continue the project.

But the lowest softcap for VC funds would be somewhere around USD 3 -5 M. As more they raise better for me and those who have already invested in this case.
See post from OP, he has stated that soft caps have been reached at $ 2.5 million. Are you a team from Faba? What do you mean $ 3 - $ 5 million? Who is right here? Don't make people more confused, you doubt me.
right, I am also very confused about the statements, which ones are correct, maybe this requires certainty so that everyone who reads more believes in this project
