Questionable aspects concerning Metahash AG management

In the Commercial Register of Swiss Canton Zug where Metahash AG is located there only Kirill Ganin is mentioned as a member of the Board of Directors (German: Verwaltungsrat) and solely authorized to sign for the company. Are there other members, and if yes: who they are?

Since 2017 Ganin is also the sole member of the Board of Directors (administrator) at Clos Belmont Finance SA, Geneva (French: Genève). In my opinion a financial company with only one director can´t be defined as quite important.
