honestly just allocate some funds to well backed pre-icos, look for those gaurenteed moonshots
I also see ICO's as an escape goat during this bear market. What I want about this ICO's is that they are making my ethereum or bitcoin free from downfall buy buying into them with fixed price. What is bad about them is I weren't sure if they would turn out a scam.
