Maybe, but the number of MOON in circulation is still just ridiculous.
CENT is not rising... For all practical purpose it's dead. If you're talking on the very closed market of BTER, in it's little walled garden where you can't get CENT in, and can't get CENT out, then you should not even call it CENT... At least BTERCENT, which has as lost all attachment to CENT.
